Merchandise

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Wrong Item: If we ship the wrong product, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Digital Music & Downloads

• All digital music purchases (downloads) are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical error.

Event Tickets

• Ticket refunds follow the policy of the ticket provider used (e.g., Ticketmaster, Dice). If purchased directly from us, refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
